Talent development services include tailored coaching sessions, workshops and assessments.

Infoproducts include digital courses and resources available for purchase.

Goods include physical materials and branded items offered through our site.

2. Payment

All fees are listed on the site. Payment is processed via secure channels.

3. Refund Policy

We strive for satisfaction. This section explains how refunds are handled for each offering.

3.1 Talent Development Services

Clients may request a refund prior to the first session. After session completion, fees are non-refundable due to resource allocation. To reschedule a session, contact our team at +14162184934 or through the Contact Form. Eligible refunds are processed back to the original method within 10 business days.

3.2 Infoproducts

Customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if no course content has been accessed. Requests following content access are not eligible. Approved refunds are issued via the original channel within 7 business days.

3.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 14 days of delivery in original condition. To initiate a shipment, use the Contact Form. Once we receive the item, an exchange or refund is offered. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt; shipping charges are not reimbursed.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials on this site are owned by Talentrix. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Talentrix is not liable for indirect or consequential harm. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service or product in question.
